PEKIN, Ind. (WISH) - A southern Indiana census worker is in jail charged with rape and burglary.
Police say 39-year-old Daniel Miller broke into a home in the Washington County town of Pekin and raped a 21-year-old handicapped girl while her mother was asleep.
The mother said her family had been working with Miller on their census data.
Miller is in the Washington County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
