TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A federal grand jury indicted Mark Dudley for Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

Dudley already faces charges in Sullivan County in connection to three burglaries in November 2012. When he was arrested, police found two guns in his home, along with ammunition.

Because of his 13 prior felony convictions, Dudley may be also face enhanced charges as an armed career criminal. If in fact he does, he could spend the rest of his life in prison.
