RANDOLPH COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - Four people were arrested Wednesday after the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department SWAT team issued a search warrant on a residence in Winchester and learned heroin and cocaine were being distributed from the home.
Investigators searched the residence for three hours, after which heroin, cocaine, marijuana, syringes, needles and other drugs were found.
Ora P. Caldwell, 41, was arrested and preliminarily charged with dealing in a narcotic, a Class A felony, possession of a controlled substance, a Class C felony, and maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony.
Marcia Shook, 45, was arrested and preliminarily charged with possession of narcotics, a Class C felony and maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony.
Bradley Caldwell, 45, was arrested and preliminarily charged with visiting a common nuisance, a Class A misdemeanor.
Melinda Gilbert, 45, was arrested a preliminarily charged with visiting a common nuisance, a Class A misdemeanor.
