BOONVILLE, Ind. (AP) - A former southwestern Indiana teacher faces 16 more felony voyeurism counts.

WFIE-TV reported Monday a prosecutor filed the new counts against 31-year-old Andrew Emmons.

He now faces a total of 42 felony counts of child exploitation and voyeurism. He was charged earlier this month with 16 counts of child exploitation and 10 counts of voyeurism.

Emmons was arrested in September after a female teacher found a recording device in a staff bathroom at Boonville Middle School. Court documents allege he secretly recorded 13- and 14-year-old female students, female teachers and his wife and her female relatives. Police found video footage on his computer showing 16 students changing clothes in a locker room.

Emmons resigned in October.

Emmons doesn't have a published telephone number and couldn't be reached for comment.
