ANDERSON, Ind. (AP) - Police arrested two teenagers on charges that they started a pair of grass fires in a central Indiana city.

Anderson police Detective Joel Sandefur say two other teens were also being sought in connection with the Wednesday evening fires on the city's east side.

Fire battalion chief Eric Hutchison tells The Herald Bulletin that one of the fires was quickly contained but the other a few blocks away spread and caused minor damage to the side of a house.

The fires happened as much of the state faces drought conditions, leaving grass and other vegetation tinder-dry in many places.
