INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — A federal judge in Indianapolis has sentenced a Texas man to 27½ years in prison for sexually exploiting young boys and participating in a child pornography ring in the U.S. and Europe that produced and distributed sexually explicit images of babies and toddlers online.
U.S. District Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson sentenced 22-year-old Jeremy Daniel Labrec of Lubbock to 330 months in prison and lifetime supervised release for his June 6 guilty pleas to 22 counts charging him with sexually exploiting children, distributing and receiving child pornography, and conspiracy.
Prosecutors say Labrec had sexual contact with six boys age 5 or younger.
They said Labrec's sentencing brings to nine the number of ring members convicted and sentenced. They said they are trying to identify additional defendants in the U.S. and overseas.
