All three are being held without bond on a 72 hour hold as detectives continue their investigation.

The relative of one of the victim's is relieved police have suspects in custody.

While they continue to mourn, there's a family questioning who police have behind bars.

A make-shift memorial continues to grow outside 12-68 West 32nd Street.

It was nearly 2 weeks ago someone shot 8 people here. Today, police arrested three people.

"It's bitter sweet because they've got them in custody, but it's not going to bring her back," said Quiana Harlin of Indianapolis.

Harlin's first cousin, Barbara Johnson was one of the two people killed in the shooting. Harlin said Johnson was hosting a party that Monday night for one of the other shooting victims.

"She was celebrating life. Just celebrating. Daniel, she was a fixture of the west side," Harlin said.

24 Hour News 8 asked Harlin if she think's police have the right people. She said, "I dont' know. Hope they do. But then again, it's not going to bring this girl back."

"I hope they got the right people...and I know my brother didn't do it," said Devin Staten's sister.

Staten is one of the suspects in police custody.

I'm in shock. The whole family is in shock; we're all talking and we're trying to figure it out," she said, "I don't' believe it. I don't' believe. That's nothing... he wouldn't do that. He has nieces, nephews."

Harlin clinches a button to remember her Cousin. She says it's all she's got left...

"I can't hear her voice, I can't hear her cry, I can't her her laugh.. I can't her nothing. I'm empty.. Somebody has to pay for that!, Harlin said.

24 Hour News 8 talked to one of the shooting victim's tonight, Prinsonia Johnson. Her daughter, Barbara was killed in the shooting.

Prinsonia was shot in the back. She told us tonight since she's been released from the hospital she's been having nightmares.
