Two arrested in drunken, naked fiasco near IU campus

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WISH) - Two IU students were arrested after police say they were found drunk and naked inside a Bloomington home early Wednesday morning.

Police say they were called to a home in the 300 block of North Washington Street around 4 a.m. after several roommates spotted inside their home Thomas Bonifield and Stephanie Greco, both 22.

The roommates told police they were awakened by a naked Bonifield wandering their house. When a female resident confronted Bonifield, he began masturbating, walked into another room and passed out, the roommates told police.

Meanwhile, a resident found Stephanie Greco naked and passed out on some stairs. The resident woke Greco and gave her a T-shirt. She left the home while the residents dealt with Bonifield, police say.

Police arrested Greco soon after as she walked near Seventh Street and Woodlawn.

Bonifield and Greco face charges of residential entry. Greco also faces an additional charge of public intoxication.

Police say they found clothing outside the Washington Street home that they believe either Bonifield or Greco took off before entering the home.

Bloomington police confirm that when they asked Bonifield why he had entered a stranger's home wearing no clothes, he told them, "I want to know why all these people are in my house."
