INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - One man is dead and another is in fair condition Sunday after officers found them shot inside of a car.
Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrived to the 3200 block of Winthrop Avenue around 4 p.m. to the report of two people shot.
When police arrived they found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were taken to Wishard Memorial Hospital – one man was in critical condition and the other in fair condition.
The man originally listed in critical condition was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
The victim’s name is being withheld, pending notification of family.
The incident is currently under investigation.
