INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A man who was arrested Monday for walking away from work release will appear in court for a probation violation hearing at 1 p.m. Monday, March 25.
Tommy Warren was arrested Monday after police found him trying to hide in insulation in attic in an Indianapolis home, a police report said.
Officials say Tommy Warren was serving his sentence on work release when he reportedly walked away from his job earlier in March.
Warren is allegedly the mastermind behind the 2008 Hovey street murders.
He is now facing up to eight years in prison for escape and three years for not returning to lawful detention.
