Man fatally shot in early morning

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - IMPD officers say a man is dead after being shot overnight.
Police say they took a call from someone saying they heard shots in the area of Hovey Street, south of 21st Street just north of downtown. It happened around 2:30 Monday morning.
Officers are not releasing the man's name and have not yet said if they have any suspects in this shooting.
