INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Two Hoosier lottery players are about to be big winners after purchasing Mega Millions tickets Friday night.
One ticket, purchased for $1 at Speedway at 1900 South Tillotson in Muncie matched the first 5 numbers but not the megaball number. However, the player added the megaplier option at the time of the purchase and was worth $1 million rather than $250,000.
The other ticket, purchased in Beech Grove, also matched the first 5 numbers but did not add the Megaplier option. That ticket was worth $250,000.
No one matched all 6 numbers in Friday night’s drawing, therefore Tuesday nights drawing will be worth an estimated $28 million.
The Hoosier Lottery officials want to remind players to check their tickers carefully and sign the back of their tickets immediately. Please visit the Hoosier Lottery website for more information on Tuesday night’s drawing.
