Bloomington, Ind. (AP) - Indiana State Excise Police cited 81 people, including 78 minors, at an underage drinking party near Indiana University's Bloomington campus early Sunday morning.
Officers raided the party after one of the residents sold a plainclothes officer a $5 mixed drink. Excise police say state law requires a permit from the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission for the sale of alcoholic beverages.

Police say three residents were charged with furnishing

Circuit Court in February.
