Blood Center offers T-shirt to donors

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Race fans can make a difference in the lives of others this week.
The Indiana Blood Center is asking race fans to help donate blood at a series of blood drives this weekend. Anyone who gives blood Friday or Saturday at nine Indiana locations will receive a special race-themed T-shirt.
The blood drives will run Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Participating locations include:
- Avon: 7655 U.S. Highway 36
- Carmel: 726 Adams St., Suite 150
- Columbus: 1435 N. National Rd.
- Fishers: 7458 E. Fishers Station Drive
- Greenwood: 8739 U.S. Highway 31 S.
- Indianapolis: 3450 N. Meridian St.
- Lafayette: 2200 Elmwood Ave., Suite D16
- Muncie: 1609 W. McGalliard Road
- Terre Haute: 2021 S. Third St.
All blood types are needed, but the Indiana Blood Center especially is asking for O-negative donors.
