TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A car crashed into a building early this morning in Terre Haute.
It happened around three this morning at the Jiffy Mini Mart's local corporate office at Lafayette and Ash on Terre Haute's north side.
Police say they found an injured person lying on the ground.
That person has been identified as 21-year-old Victor Boehmer. He was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
Boehmer faces preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement and fleeing, possession of a stolen vehicle, and operating while intoxicated.
Witnesses also told police they saw three people run from the scene.
