Drunk semi driver deemed hazardous

GARY, Ind. (WISH) - A man driving a semi drunk was recently issued a Federal Out of Service order.

According to a release, on Feb. 5 a Gary police officer saw Nebyou Brook of California drive off the road, cross a parking lot and drive over concrete parking blocks.

During a DUI investigation, Brook’s BAC was .18. Police found several other violations including possessing alcohol in a commercial motor vehicle and out of service log violations.

He was issued a Federal Out of Service order and deemed him to be an imminent hazard.
