HENRYVILLE, IN. (WISH) - Three months after a deadly E-F 4 tornado hit Henryville and destroyed much of the town and high school, the school's 90 seniors received their diplomas Saturday night.
Students have been attending class in makeshift classrooms at the Mid-Amercia Science Park in nearby Scottsburg.
Rebuilding efforts have been underway since the March 2 twister.
Henryville High School Principal Troy Albert said 65 percent of the graduates will head to college.
He said some of his students will also enter the workforce or join the military.
Graduation was held at Scottsburg High School.
