How you can help: Tornado Relief

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Hoosier generosity has been great since the tornadoes struck Southern Indiana.  Donations continue to pour in and we've received many calls and emails asking how they can help in the relief efforts.  We are compiling a list of organizations that are assisting in that effort.

The best way to help is by contributing cash to a reputable relief organization.  The Red Cross, Salvation Army and many other organizations are mobilizing efforts to help victims in Southern Indiana.

Below is a list of reputable organizations that are accepting donations or other forms of help:

Cleanup Volunteers:

Those wanting to volunteer their time to the cleanup efforts need to register with the Indiana Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster before heading to storm damaged areas.
