CINCINNATI (AP/WISH) - Police in Cincinnati say a man is dead after apparently falling from a 16th floor balcony at a downtown hotel.
The Cincinnati Enquirer reports that the victim was an Indianapolis man. He has been identified as 24-year-old Alexander Crouch.
Police say the fall happened just before 3 a.m. Sunday at the Garfield Suites Hotel in downtown Cincinnati.
Roads in the area were closed for several hours as police investigated.
Preliminary information from the Hamilton County Coroner's Office reveals Crouch died from head trauma. It appears Crouch was at some sort of party when he fell over the edge of the balcony.
The Associated Press and WKRC in Cincinnati contributed to this report.
