INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Another person has died in connection to tainted steroids at Indiana clinics that caused fungal meningitis.

Seven people have now died as a result of the injections received at Indiana clinics. Some of the people who have died have been from outside the state, but traveled to Indiana for treatment.

It wasn’t clear Friday if the latest victim was from Indiana.

Overall, 68 people have developed fungal meningitis as a result of the pain medicine tied to an East Coast clinic.
