FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - A Fort Wayne man who will be laid off in February, won $100,000 from a Hoosier Lottery Jingle Jackpot scratch-off.

Bradley Reed purchased his winning ticket for five dollars at a For Wayne Circle K Thursday night, our sister station WANE reports.

Reed scratched off the ticket in his car and hurried home to show his wife, Rita.

Reed is a father of three and works as a welder. However, he recently found out that he will be laid off on February 27, 2013 after 16 years of working in the same factory.

"This came at an amazing time. There is no doubt; someone is smiling down on me. I can take care of my family. I don't know if I'd feel the same way if we weren't in our current circumstances. But, since we are in our current circumstances, it feels incredible, just incredible," Reed said.
