MONTICELLO, Ind. (WISH) - A Rossville Indiana man was arrested Saturday evening on Lake Freeman for boating while intoxicated.
32 year old Ashley Rollins was observed operating a boat near Volleyball Island by Indiana Conservation Officer Kevin Price.
Officer Price noticed that Rollins had an improperly displayed registration.
Upon speaking with Rollins, Officer Price detected an odor of alcoholic beverage on Rollins' breath.
Rollins failed the field sobriety tests and was transported by Price to the White County Jail.
At the jail Rollins submitted to a breath test.
The results were recorded at point-one-eight percent, which is more than twice the legal limit.
Rollins had been arrested by Indiana conservation officers in 2004 on Lake Freeman on the same charges.
Rollins was also cited last year for operating an overloaded boat.
