INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Organizers are calling Z’Sparkle a success. The event raises money for Alzheimer’s Association.

It happens every year in Zionsville. Local business owners and community leaders dressed up in drag and raced in heels all in fun, but also for a good cause.

Organizers say this year 40 dragsters participated Friday.

The event raised more than $25,000, $19,000 was cash in hand and more than $6000 were pledges all going to the Alzheimer’s Association.
