Milan woman's death ruled homicide

MILAN, Ind. (WISH) - The death of a woman found dead Sunday has been ruled a homicide, and police are seeking the public’s help with the investigation.

Nancy Hershman, 68, was found dead early Sunday morning. Her family found her at about 1 a.m. in her home in the 600 block of West Ellis Street in Milan.

The investigation is ongoing, and police are asking anyone who lives in the area or who was driving in the area around 12:30 to 1 a.m. Sunday to report any suspicious vehicles or activity.
