Pharmacy linked to fungal meningitis widens recall

(WISH) - The pharmacy implicated in the ongoing outbreak of fungal meningitis linked to tainted injectible steroids has now recalled all of its products.

According to the FDA, the move is a precautionary measure due to potential risk of contamination, though no other contamination has been proven at this time. The FDA had already instructed medical professionals to retain and secure all such products.

The New England Compounding Center is notifying its clients of the recall. Y ou can view a list of recalled drugs here .
