INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Sentencing has been scheduled for Tim Durham, James Cochran and Rick Snow, following their conviction this past summer.
Durham and Cochran were convicted on federal fraud charges. Durham was convicted on 12 counts and Cochran was found guilty on eight counts. Snow was guilty of five different charges.
The trio ran a ponzi scheme, bilking $200 million from thousands of investors. They face potential life sentences.
All three will be sentenced on Nov. 30, the U.S. Attorney’s office said on Wednesday. A judge will hear from the defense and victims first. Then Durham will be sentenced first, followed by Cochran and Snow.
