INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - The record high temperatures keep falling in Indiana as the state's streak of 100-degree days continues.

The National Weather Service says record highs were set Friday in Indianapolis, South Bend and Fort Wayne and more records could fall on Saturday before a cool front moves in and brings some relief.

The weather service says Indianapolis reached 105 degrees Friday, breaking the previous record for the date of 99 set in 1988. It was the fifth time the temperature hit 100 or higher in Indianapolis this year and it's expected to top 100 again Saturday.

Friday's high hit 102 in South Bend, breaking the previous record for the date of 100 set in 1988. In Fort Wayne, Friday's high reached 101, eclipsing the previous record of 99 set in 1988.
