Storms dump rain west of Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Western Indiana is still stormy. The storms are moving north and should diminish after sunset. For the latest radar image, keep tabs on the VIPIR radar .

Thursday afternoon, scattered storms dumped rain over western parts of the state.

There will be more scattered showers and storms on Friday, with highs near 60 degrees. Like Thursday, it will not rain all day and there will be some breaks in the clouds.

The weekend forecast still includes the chance for a few showers. It will also be cooler, with highs in the upper 40s and lower 50s Saturday and Sunday.
