Body found in Wayne County ditch

WAYNE COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - Wayne County officers found a dead body in a ditch on Centerville Road, south of W.E. Oler Road around 3:48 p.m. Sunday.

A release said the body is being investigated by the Wayne County coroner Monday and will be performing an autopsy at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. The autopsy will assist officers in determining the sex, manner of death and possible identity.
