Car burns on Interstate 74 ramp

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A car was burning, throwing a heavy stream of smoke into the air Thursday morning.
The incident was on the on-ramp from Acton Road to westbound Interstate 74 near Shelby County.
The driver was able to safely get out of the vehicle.
