GREENFIELD, Ind. (WISH) - Police and fire crews in Greenfield responded to an incident where a car crashed into a home just after 11 p.m. Friday.

Dispatchers in Hancock County say a car slid off the roadway and crashed into a home in the 300 block of South State Street.

There was substantial damage to the home, but no injuries were reported.

Officers say power lines were down in the area because of the crash.

State Road 9 was shut down in both directions and traffic flow on side streets was also affected for a bit.
