INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Weather conditions have forced eight Indiana counties to issue travel warnings, advising residents to stay off the roads unless absolutely necessary. Eighteen counties have issued a travel watches, alerting residents that their morning commute could be treacherous.
Locally, Henry and Rush counties are under a travel warning. Delaware, Hamilton, Hancock, Madison, Putnam and Shelby counties are under a travel watch. Blackford, Clinton, Grant, Marion and Morgan are under a Travel Advisory
