GREENSBURG, Ind. (Greensburg Daily News) - The annual “Mutt Strut” will be held on Sept. 15 in Greensburg to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association, 24 Hour News 8’s news partner The Greensburg Daily News reports.

The event is aimed at raising funds for Alzheimer’s treatment and research and will take place on the Arbor Grove Village lawn.

Dog-sitters, photographers, dog rescuers and groomers are expected to be in attendance at the second annual “Strut Your Mutt” dog show that encompasses all dog breeds.

Guests of the events will also find food and beverages at the event, with proceeds going directly to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Other events at the show include “Owner-Dog Look-alike” and “Best Tricks.”

Last year, the Greensburg Fire Department and the Greensburg Police judged the event. Representatives from each of these organizations are expected to take part in judging at this year’s event.

Residents of Arbor Grove Village will also be present at the event.
