Friends, family say goodbye to 12-year-old beaten to death

    GREENSBURG, Ind. (WISH) - "The nicest boy in the fourth-grade class." That's how his friend Maggie Huer described Devin Parsons, who died June 3. His mother is charged in his beating death.
