Joseph Guy fails to show up in court

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Joseph Guy, the teen who was among a family of four that went missing, failed to appear in court.
Guy was scheduled for a jury trial on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. however, back on August 30, he failed to appear for a final pre-trial conference.
A warrant for his arrest was issued and Tuesday's trial was canceled.
Once Guy is located, he will be charged with failing to appear in court and has lost his bond.
