GREENSBURG, Ind. (WISH) - A Department of Child Services supervisor is facing felony charges after police say he gave a client illegal drugs and sent her a photo of his genitals.
Indiana State Police and Greensburg Police arrested Scott Ogden, 28, on Thursday night. He’s charged with dealing a controlled substance, a Class A felony; official misconduct, a Class D felony; and distribution of obscene matter, a Class A misdemeanor.
Court documents reveal police began investigating after a confidential police informant mentioned that Ogden contacted her requesting sexual favors in exchange for seeing the four children DCS removed from her custody. The informant also said Ogden sent her a photo of his genitals, which he later admitted to police. He also admitted taking the photo in a bathroom at a DCS office.
The police informant set up a meeting with Ogden that was monitored by police, and during the meeting Ogden gave the woman three hydrocodone pills, according to the probable cause affidavit. He told her “Merry Christmas” and the two went separate ways.

Ogden is currently a supervisor for Decatur County and Ripley County offices of the DCS.
