NORTH VERNON, Ind. (WISH) - Jennings County authorities are looking for a missing 41-year-old man who suffers from a mental condition that may have left him immobilized.
According to our partners at the Republic , Robert Allen Waterman of North Vernon, Ind. was last seen riding a silver bicycle in the Oak Meadows Apartments at 3 p.m. Saturday afternoon wearing black shorts and a pair of brown hiking boots.
Waterman is described as 6-feet-tall, weighing 170 lbs, and having red hair with a bit of gray.
Waterman suffers from severe rheumatoid arthritis and is known to suffer severe side effects if he does not take his medication. One of the side effects being his body becoming immobilized.
