Police seek 2 in Richmond homicide case

RICHMOND, Ind. (WDTN) - Richmond, Ind. detectives have identified two people they want to question in connection to a recent homicide.

Patrick Perkins, 66, was found May 26 slumped over a picnic table in the area of south 10th Street. Police reported at the time Perkins had a deep cut across his neck and was dead when they arrived.

Investigators are looking for Mark Mikesell, 46, a white male, 5-foot-10, 190 pounds with red hair and green eyes, and Sue Holliday, 46, a white female, 5-foot-7, 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Neither have a permanent address, according to Lt. Jon Bales, but both have local ties to Richmond as well as Preble County, Ohio.

Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts of Mikesell and Holliday should contact the Richmond Police Department at 765-983-7247.
