Shelbyville armed robbery suspect arrested

SHELBYVILLE, Ind. (WISH) - The suspect of an armed robbery in Shelbyville was arrested Monday. 

Gary K. Sistrunk, 31, of Indianapolis was served a warrant for one count of armed robbery. 

In December 2011, the Shelbyville Police Department received a call in reference to a robbery at Advance America Cash Advance at 2519 East State Road 44.

The suspect displayed a weapon, but never actually pointed the gun at the employee during the robbery.
