Sketch of Shelbyville attempted kidnapping suspect released

SHELBYVILLE, Ind. (WISH) - The Shelbyville Police Department and the Indiana State Police have released a sketch of the man who attempted to kidnap a child at a Shelbyville bus stop.

Police say the suspect attempted to kidnap a child on Aug. 28.

The suspect is described as a white male, about 5-foot-8 and heavy set. The child who encountered the suspect described him as bald, with a scar on his right arm. At the time of the incident, he was wearing sweatpants, a T-shirt, and was not wearing shoes.
