INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Water rescue teams were called out Sunday afternoon after a local teenager was trapped on a concrete slab as the Flatrock River raged past him.
Around 4:00 p.m., rescuers were called out to the scene, near a train trestle, just east of Rushville, Ind.
