Carmel Police Department officials say 85-year-old Meyer P. Nahmias, of Indianapolis, died after being transported to IU Health North Hospital.

Nahmias was driving a black Cadillac northbound on Pennsylvania Street when he collided with a silver Chevrolet Aveo that was westbound on 111th Street.
