Fishers suspects in custody

FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) - Two men are in custody following a manhunt that lasted nearly 3 hours this morning.

It began around 4:15 am in a Fishers neighborhood near I-69 and Brookschool Road.

Fishers Police say there was a domestic situation that escalated to shots being fired.

A black male and an Hispanic male fled the scene. Police set up a perimeter and saturated the area with officers and K-9 search dogs.

Fishers Police tell 24 Hour News 8 one was apprehended in a house in that neighborhood and the other as he was trying to flag down a motorist to catch a ride.

The names of the men have not yet been released. We will continue to update this story with more information as it becomes available.

No one was injured in this incident.
