CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) - A teen who police said was dealing drugs in a city park was sent to jail Wednesday.
Nathaniel Thomason, 18, was arrested in the 1200 block of Central Drive East, near Central Park in Carmel, by members of the Hamilton/Boone County Drug Task Force and taken to Hamilton County Jail. He was preliminarily charged with dealing in a Schedule I, II, III controlled substance, a Class A felony; possession of a Schedule I, II, III controlled substance, a Class C felony; and possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor.
The Hamilton/Boone County Drug Task Force is made up of officers from the Carmel, Fishers, Lebanon, Zionsville Police Department, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, with support from the Hamilton County prosecutor's office and the Boone County prosecutor's office.
