FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) - One man was arrested Saturday after an argument ensued and shots were fired in a home, according to Fishers Police.

Police arrived to the scene of a home in the 11900 block of Cobblestone Drive and found two men standing on the front porch.

Police quickly secured the home and began to question the men.

While investigating, they located a bullet home in an upstairs window and a handgun in the kitchen.

David E. Nicely, 41, of Fishers was arrested for shooting his gun during an argument with his roommate.

Nicely’s roommate told police that during the argument, Nicely went to his room, grabbed his gun, and shot the gun to scare him.

No one was injured and Nicely was arrested and is being held in the Hamilton County Jail.
