Utility work to restrict Carmel traffic

CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) - The eastbound lane at the intersection of 116th Street and Spring Mill Road will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday for utility work.

Crews will be locating an existing water main in pavement on 116th Street east of Spring Mill Road; this is a part of the third phase of the Illinois Street Roadway Improvement Project.

Carmel residents can access Illinois Street and/or U.S. 31 via 111th Street, West Main Street and Dorset Boulevard.
