$1M lottery winners plans to retire

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The $1M Hoosier Lottery winner plans to retire from the union carpentry business.

Ronald Lucas, 54, of New Palestine, bought the winning scratch-off ticket, at Village Pantry, 2001 Broad Ripple Ave. and says he just bought it for fun on Sunday.
