3000 women running in downtown Indy

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The city of Indianapolis is hosting the second annual woman-only half marathon and 5K.
The event is expected to attract at least 3000 people to downtown Indianapolis.
Runners differ in age, background, and abilities but are all female runners. The message the event wants to send is that anyone can have fun being active.
This year the event will have both a child runner as well as a participant that is over 70 years old.
The event benefits Girls on the Run.
