INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Metro police are still searching for the two men they say riddled an east side home with bullets, led them on a chase and sparked a manhunt.

Police believe the men responsible are 21-year-old Justin Covington and his friend who goes by the street name Man-Man.

Covington is already on probation for gun and drug convictions and is now facing additional charges for Wednesday morning's shooting in the 3500 block of North Linwood Avenue and for leading police on a high speed chase.

Bianca Neville was home with her 2-year-old son and her cousin when she said Covington and his friend fired shots at the home.

She said the two men had been at the home just hours before the shooting.

"An altercation had started because Justin had came over with his friend and they were drinking and one thing led to another and they all decided that they all wanted to go outside at 4 o'clock in the morning and start shooting guns," said Neville.

Neville said that's when she and her cousin kicked the men out of the house and told them to leave. But she said Covington called back wanting to get his jacket and refused to leave.

He told them that he was on their porch and when Neville's cousin opened the door, Neville grabbed her son and headed for the basement.

"I ran downstairs and the next thing I know all I heard was gunshots and it was like they wouldn't stop," said Neville.

Bullets shattered glass and pierced the walls of the home hitting the couch where Bianca's 2-year-old slept just moments before.

Police said Covington and his friend drove off in a white Chrysler and led police on a high speed chase before crashing the car. Then the suspects ran away on foot.

Officers searched Covington's sister's apartment with no luck.

If you know where Covington or his friend are please call police or Crime Stoppers at (317) 262-8477.
