INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Officials at Indianapolis International Airport said they expect a much better day Thursday after snow grounded many flights Wednesday.

A spokesperson said as of early Thursday morning, only three outgoing flights had been canceled for the day. Wednesday, 100 flights were canceled - more than two-thirds of the day's schedule.

The airport noted, though, that even though the outlook is better, travelers should check with their airline before heading in to make sure there are no delays.
